Follow Your Heart, Discover the Wild

When to visit Tanzania?

There is no straight answer to this question. Tanzania has three main seasons and each one has its own character.

Dry season - from June to October - is best for wildlife viewing, great migration and pleasant weather. This is a peak season with the largest amount of visitors.

Green season - from November to May - is off-peak season with less visitors and periods of rain. This period of time offers beautiful green landscapes, best bird sightings and calving season. Green season offers lower prices.

Rain season - from March to May - is the season with the most rain but you can still experience The Great Migration, beautiful skies and best prices.
